Help the Southampton History Museum complete their Capital Campaign and Grounds Restoration project!
The Southampton History Museum has been hard at work redeveloping the grounds of the historic 1843 Rogers Mansion, but we need your help to finish! Join us on Friday, August 11th at 5:30pm for drinks on our newly constructed private terrace, and then step inside the Rogers Mansion to see our new exhibit, Gilded Icons: Forgotten Treasures in the Samuel L. Parrish Collection. The artwork on display is the same artwork Samuel Parrish had on display in the Parrish Art Museum when it first opened in 1897 which has been in storage for over 70 years.
Guests will enjoy food and drinks provided by Sant Ambroeus, live music, a caricaturist and more! All proceeds from this event will be put towards the Rogers Mansion Site Restoration Plan. Our mission is to preserve and promote the history and culture of Southampton and we can only do this with your support.
