Almond continues their “Artists & Writers” series on Tuesday, November 5 with Simeon Marsalis. Cost is $45 and includes a three-course family style meal and one glass of wine or draft beer, tax and gratuity not included. Simeon Marsalis was born in 1990 and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013. He is from New Rochelle, NY and has lived in New York City and New Orleans. Published in 2017, his debut novel A Lie to Grin is described, “A sophisticated and complex work, this debut reconsiders the coming-of-age story for the twenty-first century,” according to Forward Reviews.
