The Retreat is thrilled to kick off the summer season with its annual All Against Abuse Benefit on Saturday, June 8, from 6:30 to 8:30PM at The Southampton Arts Center, in Southampton Village. This year, the organization proudly honors Julie Hatfield, President, and Kenneth Wright, Founding Partner, of Wright & Company Construction.
The evening will feature live music by the Hoodoo Loungers, along with signature cocktails and delicious offerings curated by Art of Eating. Guests will hear from three survivors, each with uniquely different backgrounds and stories, in a short film by Markie Hancock, followed by an in-person appearance with their Retreat counselors. An exciting paddle raise auction will follow with famed auctioneer Harry Santa-Olalla.
There will also be a silent auction, featuring excellent house seats to a Broadway show, museum memberships, designer clothes, experiences and much more. It will be live from June 6 to June 9.
The Retreat’s All Against Abuse benefit supports vital services, including a 24-hour hotline, counseling, legal advocacy, prevention education and emergency shelter for individuals, parents and children.
