Looking to give your loved ones the perfect steak and sushi dinner? Ian Duke and partner David Hilty, the owners of the Southampton Social Club and Union Burger Bar, unveiled the East End’s hottest new dining destination: Union Sushi & Steak, a modern take on the steakhouses of old.

This Valentine’s Day, Union Sushi & Steak is offering a savory Valentine’s Day Weekend 4-course Prix Fix Dinner menu ($79 pp) as well as their spectacular regular menu (Friday, February 12 – Sunday, February 14, 2021). The appetizing Prix Fixe Menu starts with a choice of Lobster Bisque Soup or Mixed Greens Salad; a choice of either a Sushi or Appetizer platter; then the main entrée, Surf & Turf for 2, a 20oz. Filet Mignon with Twin Lobster Tails; and finishing the evening with Profiteroles cream filled, topped with chocolate ganache & served with chocolate covered strawberries.  While dining, guests can view Union Sushi & Steak’s ongoing art exhibit “Musing and Mastering: The Ordinary,”  presented by UEast75 Gallery.
