Kat’s Eye on the Hamptons Katlean de Monchy takes you inside the 20th designer garage sales known as Super Saturday. Meet the celebrities who donated fabulous designer clothes to raise money to find a cure to ovarian cancer. This event was started by Donna Karan with her friend Liz Tilberis who was the editor in chief of Harper’s Bazaar and who was suffering with ovarian cancer. They went in their closets and created a sale. I was there with 70 other people. Every year it’s grown and every year we promise to keep growing until this monster is eradicated.
