Every September we hear tales of summers decades in the past where locals would gather on the porch of Topping Rose House and wave handkerchiefs as a goodbye to the summer beachgoers in the Hamptons. There is even a taboo term (forbidden inside our walls) that locals have given to the day after Labor Day. However, those who visit us in September know the sun is always shining, our ocean waters are at their warmest, and the weather in Bridgehampton is most ideal. Topping Rose House has a lot to celebrate this September.
This Sunday, September 24, we will honor Bridgehampton’s racing past as we host The Bridge at Topping Rose House. The Bridge will showcase both classic and concept cars laid out over brunch on our sprawling grounds. Tickets are available for $275 on The Bridge website.
For those looking to spend exclusive time with a unique mode of transport, the team at Raglan will be hosting a Meet & Greet with our Hamptons neighbors this Monday from 10am to Noon. Inspired by their global travels, military experiences and passions for sustainability, Raglan is debuting their fleet of fully-electric heritage Defenders. Stop by and take a look at one these hand-crafted, and capable, works of art.
Reservations are still available at the hotel and the restaurant remains the most popular spot in the Hamptons! We are thrilled to have hosted everyone this summer and look forward to seeing everyone well into the Fall.
