The first Thursday of every month join us at the illustrious Port of Missing Men, one of the last private Gilded Age estates in Southampton.

The Countess von Salm-Hoogstraeten and her private chef, Brian Hetrich will be demonstrating how to make all kinds of amazing recipes. Many of which will include ingredients directly from The Countess’ well-cared for organic vegetable garden.

Join us this week when they make a delicious rhubarb compote with vanilla sauce. Rhubarb is full of phytonutrients and is a great source of calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and K.
